Health Guidelines and Appointment Hours

Fully vaccinated and ready to service you!! At WOW Factor Wellness your safety and comfortability is our priority!! Due to the Pandemic we've enhanced our Safety Guidelines to provide the following additional measures: 

• Thoroughly sanitized massage table with proper disinfectant wipes according to NY state Phase 3 guidelines (Clorox)
• Wearing gloves during any service upon request by guest.
• Providing Guest with a  Covid 19 Ackowledgement form indicating new health safety procedures in accordance to NY Gov guidelines.  
• Provider Logged contact free health temperature checks
• Protective Masks to be worn by the service provider.  Provide New masks to each guest that request them.
• Provide sanitized and untainted massage materials used during each service.
• Properly washing of hands at a minimum of 20 seconds and usage of Hand Sanitizer upon each service  provided.
• Provide a Contact Free guest experience to access, print + fill out via email both the Guest Intake and Covid Acknowledgement form at anytime before their scheduled appointment.
